Taking care of the details so promo teams don’t have to
In the promotional products world, the details are where everything either comes together or falls apart.
From our experience, we know that many of your projects involve multiple suppliers, tight timelines, and clients who want their vision achieved flawlessly. That puts a lot of pressure on you and your team.
At Intentional EDGE, our role is simple: we take responsibility for the details. We manage every delivery, every shipment, and every kit, so you don’t have to do it all yourself.
Handling products the moment they arrive
When shipments arrive at our warehouse, we don’t just scan and shelve them.
We open every box.
We physically inspect what comes in, rather than assuming it’s correct.
We verify counts and compare against expectations.
If the packing slip says 500, we confirm it.
We check imprint and product quality.
We look at decoration, color, placement, and overall condition with the same critical eye you would use if it were in your hands.
If something doesn’t look right, we flag it and communicate with you quickly, so you can decide how to move forward before it becomes a client issue.
How we document and create visibility for you
Because many of our distributor partners never see the product in person, we treat visibility as part of our job.
We take photos at key stages.
Before placing items in inventory or staging for kitting, we send you photos that allow you to verify that what you ordered is what we received. We share what we notice, not just what we receive.
If a color looks off, a logo seems slightly misaligned, or packaging feels inconsistent with the brand; we’ll let you know.
Our goal is to give you enough information to feel confident in what’s going out under your name.
How we approach kitting and assembly
Kitting is where a lot of complexity shows up: multiple components, multiple vendors, and a hard deadline.
We break it down into clear, repeatable steps:
Receive, inspect, and photograph each component individually when it arrives
Stage components in a methodical way, ready to build the first kit for your approval as soon as the last component arrives
Assemble with an intentional mindset, getting your approval on the first kit before completing the project
Spot-check and review finished kits before they leave our warehouse
Most kitting projects are completed within a three-day window once all components are on hand, but the real focus for us is not speed ‑alone. We prioritize accuracy and consistency and do it at scale.
How we pack and ship with care
Once kits or individual orders are ready to go, we treat packing as another quality checkpoint, not just a final step.
We confirm order details before packing.
The right items, right quantities, right recipient.
We verify labels and shipping details carefully.
A great kit in the wrong place is still a problem—so we slow down enough to get it right.
Every order goes through a quality control process before it leaves our building. That’s how we work toward 100% accuracy in fulfillment.
How we manage inventory with precision
For ongoing programs, company stores, or repeat campaigns, inventory accuracy becomes just as important as individual orders.
Here’s how we handle it:
Automated tracking for every in and out.
Every movement is recorded in our system.
Regular physical counts.
We don’t rely on software alone. We reconcile what the system says with what’s actually on the shelf.
Monthly reporting and reorder insight.
We share monthly inventory reports highlighting what may need replenished soon.
How we see our role in your business
We are an extension of you, part of your team, but not on your payroll.
You’re the one building the client relationships, designing the solutions, and carrying the responsibility for the outcome. Our job is to support that work by making sure the operational side is steady, predictable, and detail-‑driven.
In practical terms, that means:
You don’t have to open every box.
You don’t have to manage a warehouse.
You don’t have to build a fulfillment team.
You don’t have to wonder what’s happening between the supplier and your client.
You can trust that there’s a team paying close attention at every step.
If you’re feeling the weight of the details
Spending more time managing logistics than serving clients is not what your team should focus on. That’s usually a sign the operational load has outgrown your internal capacity.
That’s the gap we’re built to fill.
We take the details seriously because we know they reflect on you. And if we’re doing our job well, your clients simply experience on-time, accurate, well-presented deliveries that reinforce the trust they’ve placed in your brand.
